Over time, I realized that what has always driven me isn’t the structure of an organization — it’s the opportunity to make it stronger. I’m wired to see how systems connect, where risk quietly accumulates, and where a small shift in structure can unlock disproportionate impact. In large enterprises, that work often lives within defined roles and long horizons. In smaller or growing organizations, the need is just as real — but access to senior-level perspective is less common.

That realization became personal through conversations with my mother, whose growing business needed thoughtful operational intervention — experienced judgment applied precisely, without the overhead of a full-time executive. It highlighted how many organizations face meaningful supply chain and operational exposure without the margin for trial and error.
